Delete Your Account — Skco Mart

You can request permanent deletion of your Skco Mart account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion:

Send an email to skcomart@gmail.com from the email address or phone number registered on your Skco Mart account.

Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Include your full name and registered phone number/email so we can verify your identity.

We will confirm your request and process the deletion within 7 business days.

What gets deleted:

Name, email, phone number — Deleted

Saved delivery addresses — Deleted

Browsing & search activity — Deleted

Order & transaction records — Retained up to 6 years for accounting/legal compliance, then deleted

Order and payment records are kept for a limited period after account deletion where required by law (for example, tax or dispute records). This data is not used for any purpose other than legal compliance and is deleted automatically once the retention period ends.
